Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase. If something is not quite right, returns are accepted.

Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. 

Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Exchange items will be shipped once the returned order has been received and approved.

Bahrain orders

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase.

After 7 days, returns will be issued as store credit .

GCC and International orders

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 21 days of delivery.

Damaged or incorrect orders

We take great care in packaging and inspecting every order before it is shipped. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order number and clear images of the item so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
