Returns & Exchanges
For local orders in Bahrain, we have a 7 day exchange policy. Unfortunately we cannot refund your item however you are welcome to exchange it for another one of our products within seven days of purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, such as swimsuits, undergarments and items on sale. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
